Ronda Rousey’s armbar is one of the most fearsome moves in all of sports.
So, when the MMA star was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Fallon decided to ask Rousey to perform the painful move on him. Rousey obliged, but only after the two agreed on the safe word “Rumpelstiltskin.”
If nothing else, this proves that Jimmy Fallon will literall do anything, no matter how excruciating, for a laugh.
