Michelle Moultrie has some speed, and she flaunted it on Monday night when the USA women’s softball team played Australia. Michelle laid down a bunt with USA up 2-0 in the fifth inning and third baseman Stacey Porter’s throw went past the first baseman and all the way to the wall in right field. By the time the ball had been fielded Michelle has used only 12 seconds to round the bases and safely step on home plate for an inside the park home run on a bunt. The United States closed out the game against Australia for a 3-0 win and locked down their sixth straight World Cup of Softball championship.
