Dave Belisle may want to make a career out of speech writing after this. His Rhode Island Little League team had just lost on the national stage. The kids have just suffered a huge letdown in their young lives and that sort of disappointment can be tough to recover from.
But Belisle would not allow any single member of his team to walk away from that huddle without their heads held high and he gave a speech that managed to move everyone in the huddle and all those who got to watch it on their TV and online.
Seriously, getting a little teary-eyed over here.
