Kevin Durant’s Twitter account was to blame for numerous traffic jams on a number of Oklahoma City streets Friday. Durant tweeted to his more than 1,176,000 followers that he would be giving away free shoes at different locations in Oklahoma City, including the Chesapeake Energy Arena, which is home to the Thunder.
“Aight I’m headed out in the van to spread some holiday hoop cheer in OKC,” Durant tweeted. “Meet up if u wanna make sure #basketballneverstops next yr.”
Durant then tweeted his next four planned locations.

Durant has always been great at giving back during the holidays, and this was no exception.
