Jacob Tucker (5’10”) is a sophomore at Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL. He apparently has a 45 inch standing vertical and a 50 inch vertical with two steps. He played High School Basketball at Carlyle HS in Carlyle, IL. I would easily say here that this challenges the theory that white men can’t jump.
