California high school football teams Harvard-Westlake and St. Francis were tied with 1.3 seconds to go when Harvard-Westlake quarterback Noah Rothman took his shot at the endzone.
A St. Francis defender tipped the pass into the hands of a Harvard-Westlake receiver, who scored the improbable game-winner.
