Courtesy of Max Preps, here is video of Eastside Catholic (Washington) sophomore quarterback Zach Lewis making one of the more improbable touchdowns that one is likely to see on the field.
After watching an attempted pass bounce waaaaaaayyyy into the air and back into his hands, Lewis pulls the ball down, shakes the entire defense and runs into the end zone.
Of course, the fact that Lewis was able to use his feet so well isn’t that surprising given that when he has seen the field this year, Eastside Catholic has preferred to use him as a runner rather than as a passer (31 rush attempts versus 17 pass attempts over six games this season).
