Phil Costa, who dabbles at center for the Dallas Cowboys, proposed to Brooke Hogan on Friday night in Las Vegas and she said yes. Brooke, daughter of Hulk Hogan, posted some photos to her Instagram so the world could also partake in her happiness. Apologies for not closely following their relationship in the past.
