Tennis champion Serena Williams is a huge fan of Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss, “Not Like Us.”
She says it’s “the hit of the summer.”
Williams revealed her Kendrick support while speaking at ESSENCE Festival of Culture in New Orleans.
Complex noted that the moderator, Cari Champion, initially appeared reluctant to discuss the Drake diss, but Williams went out of her way to praise the track.
“I love that song. It’s like the hit of the summer. When they play that jam, I’m jamming,” Williams said. “That jam is jamming.”

Williams, who, like Kendrick Lamar, hails from the Compton neighborhood of Los Angeles, said it brings out the notorious crip walk in her.
“You definitely Crip walking in that song. It’s so cool what he did though. Bringing everyone to the stage? That was incredible … I couldn’t believe it,” Williams.
It should be noted that Drake has had beef with Alexis Ohanian, the husband of Williams. Drake went as far as calling him “a groupie.”
Ohanian appeared to recently have some fun at Drake’s expense on social media:

Drake did not immediately respond to the comments from Williams or her husband. He is widely recognized as having lost the beef with Kendrick that he initiated for a reason that remains unclear.
