Well, this isn’t something that you see every day. During a recent match against Boca Unidos on Sunday, River Plate midfielder Leo Ponzio literally ruptured a hemorrhoid and played the rest of the match with the what we can only assume was a very uncomfortable situation.
After the match, Ponzio spoke to Ole about the ‘situation'(via Terra):
“It was weird what happened to me, because I had spent a week in which I had eaten well. In the meantime I had been fine, but after a move that threw me to the ground I opened myself more than usual and I started to feel the blood. I felt that something had broken.”
Thanks to The Dirty Tackle for the posting this after my breakfast
