Magdeburg has had a very rough season, and the fans seem to be fed up with their home team which was facing down the barrel of relegation. During a match recently between Magdeburg and Berliner AK 07 (the fourth tier of German football), a large group of clever fans stood behind the visiting team’s goal with large arrows and all pointed towards the goal. To make sure there was no misunderstanding another group of fans held up a massive sign that read, “We’ll show you where the goal is!” That is one way to help out your home team!
The video below is quite long, but shows the numerous positions the fans took during the match. Hard not to laugh out loud when watching this 7-plus minute gem.
