This video actually brings up a great question as to whether it is a red card or not when a soccer player launches two direct shots at an opponent’s face. On one hand, it seems totally legal but on the other hand the whole “moral and ethical” issue arises. Without coming to a conclusion, I must say that I had a decent laugh after watching the video, of course only after learning that the young lady was not injured. If you were wondering, the video takes place during an Amherst Women’s soccer match against Colby College in the NESCAC 2012 playoffs. Those Amherst gals are vicious!
