Taylor Swift has long been one of the most famous women on the planet, but her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce only amplified her fame as she suddenly is a focal point of the sports community as well. And it seems that even former United States President Donald Trump is captivated by her – even if she’s not a fan of him.
In an upcoming book titled “Apprentice in Wonderland: How Donald Trump and Mark Burnett Took America Through the Looking Glass,” written by Variety co-editor-in-chief Ramin Setoodeh, Donald Trump made it very clear that he thinks Taylor Swift is very good looking and quite talented.
“She’s got a great star quality,” Trump says. “She really does.”
“I think she’s beautiful — very beautiful! I find her very beautiful. I think she’s liberal. She probably doesn’t like Trump. I hear she’s very talented,” Trump said. “I think she’s very beautiful, actually — unusually beautiful!”
Trump went on to ponder whether or not Swift was “legitimately liberal” or if it was “just an act.”
“She is liberal, or is that just an act?” Trump asked Setoodeh during their interview. “She’s legitimately liberal? It’s not an act? It surprises me that a country star can be successful being liberal.”
Swift has made it very clear that she is not a fan of Trump, and she is indeed quite liberal in her political views. She also had not written country music in over a decade.
