Most NHL players can perform whacky skating and stick-handling maneuvers but very few can execute such an unreal move in a game. Included in that select group is Sidney Crosby, who effortlessly flipped a stick back to his teammate during their ugly 5-2 loss to the Flames on Saturday night.
Pittsburgh forward Patric Honrqvist lost his stick but instead of simply waiting for him to retrieve it, Crosby flipped it up in spectacular fashion. Yes, it’s an illegal move but no one cares:
