Following a fantastic showing at the World Junior Championships that culminated in a gold medal, Connor McDavid returned to the Eerie Otters for his first OHL game in over two months. McDavid picked up right where he left off, submitting yet another doozy of a highlight to an already impressive collection as a 17-year old.
McDavid, who’s expected to be the top pick in this year’s NHL Draft, was able to split Sarnia Sting defenders with a great move before pulling a sick move on the goaltender to beat him for the tally. And, to make it even more impressive, he made it all look relatively easy.
