Connor McDavid picked up right where he left off Tuesday night against the Blue Jackets.
The Columbus defense didn’t stand a chance stopping last year’s No. 1 overall pick in the NHL draft, as he sliced through two defenders and showed off some beautiful moves in front of the net before scoring.

It was McDavid’s first goal since sitting out 37 games due to a broken collarbone, and the Oilers went on to win 5-1.
