The Carolina Hurricanes held a game of mascot hockey during intermission of Sunday’s game against the Boston Bruins, and the ‘Canes own mascot took home the contest’s unofficial MVP award for this monster of a hit against an opponent.
Stormy the Ice Hog caught a rival puck-carrying mascot with its head down along the boards and managed to throw some serious weight into the opponent. No way the poor victim inside that costume is making enough money to be taking that kind of damage out there.
