John Tortorella and his Vancouver Canucks were pretty outraged when the Calgary Flames incited a line brawl off the opening faceoff during a game last month. Torts was so pissed, in fact, that he tried to force his way into the Flames’ locker room after the first period, which eventually landed him a 15-day suspension from the league.
Say what you want about the Flames’ strategy out of the gate and whether it was appropriate or not, it’s in the past now and we can only be happy that something good came out of it – this great autotuned song featuring reactions from Tortorella and his team.
“Don’t Push Me” is the silver lining of the whole brouhaha, if you will.
