The Chicago Blackhawks and Nashville Predators played a ridiculous 101 minutes of hockey on Tuesday night, with the Blackhawks finally prevailing in triple overtime to take a commanding 3-1 series lead. The game-winner came courtesy of a man with a knack for big postseason goals, as Brent Seabrook blew a snapshot past Pekka Rinne one minute into the third extra session.
Understandably, the players were gassed following the marathon game and Seabrook was asked how they managed to keep plugging away despite the enormous amount of minutes. It’s quite simple: Fruit and Crap.
Brent Seabrook really has a way with words. https://t.co/3pJFwf2qXJ
