The past few weeks haven’t been too kind to Pierre McGuire, as a couple of players have gone out of their way to troll the hockey analyst during his pregame duties. First, it was Beau Bennett making funny faces behind Pierre as he interviewed Brandon Sutter, now we have Andrew Shaw taking a wetter approach at trolling.
Shaw was seated behind McGuire as he interviewed the Blackhawks’ Patrick Sharp and decided to take advantage of his proximity by spraying Pierre with water during the segment. Shaw made sure to get a teammate’s attention as he did so, ensuring for even more laughs.
Credit where credit is due, the shenanigans didn’t seem to distract Pierre one bit.
