This .GIF is making its rounds across the Internets, and for good reason. For some reason Alex felt like he didn’t need to put much effort into blocking this shot by the Rangers. In fact it did look like he just had some sort of malfunction as Alex just let Derek Stepan have a wide open shot. Thank you to whomever made this brilliant piece of art. The Rangers beat the Caps 4-3.
