The Miami Dolphins had two wide receivers eclipse the 1,000-yard mark during the 2023 NFL season as superstars Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle made a strong case that they are the top wide receiving tandem in the entire league. But apparently, some within the fanbase have been suggesting that the team should consider trading Waddle, and Hill is not happy about that.
In a post on social media this week, Tyreek Hill called out the Miami Dolphins fans who think that the team should trade Jaylen Waddle this offseason, calling the mere thought of trading him “ludicrous.”
“My boy waddle is the future , he is better than I was at this point in his career and for people in this fan base to want to trade him is ludicrous,” Hill said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

It’s not clear who exactly was making these suggestions or what prompted this reaction from Hill, but it’s clear that he does not think the team should make this move during the offseason. And based on how successful Hill has been playing opposite of Waddle since he arrived in Miami, it’s tough to blame him for believing that.
We’ll have to see what Waddle’s future is in Miami, but we know Hill’s opinion on the matter.
