ABC News obtained a phone recording of NFL executive Troy Vincent telling Adrian Peterson that he would only receive a 2-game suspension for his child abuse case. Vincent, Executive Vice President of Football Operations, was previously accused by Peterson and his attorneys that he gave the Vikings running back false information and did not keep his promise. Now, that promise has been made public:

It is unclear what the course of action, if any, will ultimately be taken upon Vincent and the NFL. It will likely depend how the NFLPA’s lawsuit against the NFL shakes out.
