It’s been a good year for Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce as he began dating pop sensation Taylor Swift, won the Super Bowl for the third consecutive time, and then became the highest-paid tight end in the entire league. Somehow, things just got even better for him and his brother, Jason Kelce.
According to a report from the Hollywood Reporter, Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce just signed over the rights to their New Heights podcast to Wondery in an absolutely massive nine-figure deal.
“The podcast studio, owned by Amazon, has signed a distribution and an exclusive, ad-sales representation deal with the podcast from the two brothers turned NFL stars. The deal size was described as being in the nine figures and “very competitive,” according to a person familiar with the matter,” Caitlin Huston of The Hollywood Reporter wrote on Tuesday morning.
New Heights has soared in popularity in recent years, and Kelce’s relationship with Swift certainly didn’t hurt things for the podcast run by the two NFL brothers. The podcast is now the single most popular sports podcast online, and it sounds like the Kelce brothers are cashing in with an absolutely massive paycheck for all of their efforts.
