tim tebow espn broadcaster

Tim Tebow may be a broadcast analyst for ESPN but he is adamant that he can still play in the NFL.

In fact, Tebow trains daily and swears that he’s in the best playing shape of his life:

“I’m training every day and feel like I’m the best that I’ve ever been,” Tebow told The Tennessean. “I still love it, love playing, talking about it, and I’m just excited about whatever the future holds. Who knows what could happen? But I’m excited about it, though.”

After a promising start with the Denver Broncos, Tebow landed in New York where he couldn’t supplant Mark “Buttfumble” Sanchez. He was then cut and picked up by the New England Patriots who preferred that Ryan Mallett be Tom Brady’s clipboard carrier. Due to his unorthodox skill set, it’s hard to see a team picking up Tim Tebow unless they are willing to retool the entire offense around his quirks. Unlikely as that may be, if Vince Young can still draw fleeting interest from the Browns, anything is possible.

Just ask the Steelers:
