Maybe I would have given this guy a pass if he had stopped at the giant, yet-to-be-colored Eagles tattoo on his back, but if you’re a grown man who still wears (and publicly shows off) South Park underwear…that’s where I draw the line. Plus, no belt and a visor? This guy is a walking disaster.
