Newly minted Buffalo Bills’ wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin had some not so nice things to say about Cam Newton his former Carolina Panthers’ teammate. The shade was thrown when Benjamin did an interview with The Athletic and had a notable omission when naming great quarterbacks.
“It was a bad fit from the get-go. If you would’ve put me with any other quarterback, let’s be real, you know what I’m saying? Any other accurate quarterback like [Aaron] Rodgers or Eli Manning or Big Ben — anybody! — quarterbacks with knowledge, that know how to place a ball and give you a better chance to catch the ball. It just felt like I wasn’t in that position.”
It then boiled over to their first preseason game where Newton approached Benjamin and Benjamin would not give Newton a handshake. It led to Newton following around Benjamin chatting him up.

It doesn’t look like there is a lot of love between the two of them. Football is back. Now we have a good feud to get us back in the swing of it.
