Pop sensation Taylor Swift dated her previous boyfriend Joe Alwyn for seven years without even getting engaged, and it sounds like she’s refusing to let that happen with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

According to an inside source from Life & Style Magazine, Taylor Swift “doesn’t want to waste more time” in her relationship with Travis Kelce if it is not going to end in marriage.

“Taylor is head over heels in love with Travis,” the insider told Life & Style Magazine. “She doesn’t want to waste more time, so she needs to make sure they’re on the same page about getting married.”

This doesn’t mean that she wants to get engaged immediately, however. She just wants to make sure that their relationship is indeed heading in that direction and that they are on the same page.

“She’s not expecting a proposal tomorrow, but she does want to know he’s as serious as she is when it comes to marriage,” the source told Life & Style.

It’s a pretty firm stance for Swift to take with Kelce, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media.

It will certainly be interesting to see when the couple does eventually get engaged – if it ever happens.
