Ryan Fitzpatrick had one of the best games of his career yesterday, throwing for 358 yards and 6 touchdowns against the Titans. After the game, though, it was Fitz’s young son Brady who stole the show.
As the postgame press conference was wrapping up, the Texans quarterback invited Brady to the podium to show off his math skills. The elder Fitzpatrick asked a reporter to come up with two numbers in the 90s for Brady to multiply together and, after getting 93 x 97, he came up with the answer insanely quick. If you gave me 15 minutes without a calculator I still probably wouldn’t be able to solve that problem, yet Fitzpatrick’s son was able to nail it in about five seconds.
The Texans quarterback is a Harvard graduate and it certainly looks like he’s passed his brains down through the gene pool. Also, Fitzpatrick’s “BOOM!” to close out the presser was pretty amazing.
