The Kansas City Chiefs have been the best team in the NFL this season, heading into the final week of the regular season sporting the best record in the league. The Chiefs have already clinched the number one overall seed in the AFC, and the expectation is that Kansas City will rest its star players, including Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes in the final game rather than risk injury.
However, the Chiefs stars still don’t seem to be getting the respect they deserve, despite being in a prime position to secure their third consecutive Super Bowl victory.
The NFL released the rosters for this year’s Pro Bowl game, and there was one noticeable snub in the AFC.
The AFC’s quarterback representatives were Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson, and Josh Allen, according to prominent NFL insider Ari Meirov.

Fans reacted to the news on social media.
“How does Mahomes miss the Pro bowl??? Lead his team to the best record in football,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“Mahomes and Hurts will be playing in the superbowl so it don’t even matter,” added another fan.
“They know Mahomes will be getting ready for the Super Bowl,” added one fan.
It’ll be interesting to see if Mahomes makes voters regret their decision to leave him out.
