Jimmy Kempski of Philly.com put in some extra time with the below table which features this year’s NFL teams ranked in order of roster average age as of roster cut down day. The results are actually wild, as I always think of the Lions as being the youngest team in the league, but they are the polar opposite. The Rams landed the youngest team in the NFL year award while the Lions and Redskins carry the other end of the table.
