Matt Leinart isn’t a fan of Ken Whisenhunt. This is not a secret.
Leinart made that fact crystal clear in the wake of Ken Whisenhunt’s firing from the Titans’ head coaching position. Upon hearing the news, Leinart took to Twitter to celebrate the firing of his former head coach during his time in Arizona.
In case you’re unclear why Leinart is showing such animosity toward Whisenhunt, it’s because their time in Arizona together didn’t end amicably. Whisenhunt passed up Leinart for Derek Anderson in 2010, and Leinart ended up being cut.
