Ever wonder what the offseason regimen looks like for one of the most feared defensive linemen in all of football? Well – according to this Instagram video featuring J.J. Watt – apparently it includes throwing around a 1,000 pound tire likes it’s nothing.
The video was uploaded by the Texans defensive this weekend and shows his post-workout (yes, this is only the cherry on top) routine of doing 30 reps flipping the 1,000 tire. Thirty reps! What a monster. I guess that kind of explains why Watt is able to do things like this in the gym.
In case you were wondering, you now know for sure that Watt is way stronger than you’ll ever be.
