The New York Jets are coming off of a disastrous season. Despite having legendary quarterback Aaron Rodgers available and trading for his old running mate, receiver Davante Adams, the Jets finished the season 5-12 and missed the playoffs.
One casualty of the season was head coach Robert Saleh. Now, in an effort to get things back on track, New York has started the process of finding the next man for the job.
As a part of this process, New York is wrapping things up with one of the market’s hottest names.

Fans reacted to the news on social media.
“Flores has earned his 2nd opportunity. I think he has learned from Tua’s comments. And, he has an ace in his pocket, if he wants to hire Josh McDaniels as his OC, we know he would never leave for another HC gig,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“Jets are the Wrong Place for Him or ANY GOOD COACH IMO,” one fan added.
“This dude will amend his lawsuit after not getting a HC job anywhere again,” another fan added.
It’ll be interesting to see where Flores ends up at the end of the cycle.
