DeSean Jackson released an official statement to the public via ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Friday shortly after the Eagles released the wide receiver amidst rumors that he may have gang ties. It included one hilarious oversight by Jackson (and possibly his publicist) – he misspelled the name of Andy Reid, who was head coach of the Eagles for Jackson’s first five NFL seasons. Oops.
Well, I guess we can rule out a reunion in Kansas City now, huh?
(I’m kidding.)
