Defensive lineman Shaun Phillips and the rest of his Broncos teammates had a rough night on Sunday as they got pounded by the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLVIII right from the opening snap. Lots of Broncos fans were extremely let down by the team’s effort, but Phillips’ son wasn’t one of them.
Shortly after the game, Shaun tweeted out a photo of a text message between him and his son, Jaylen. It was pretty much the cutest thing ever.
