Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was victimized by an aggravated robbery on Friday, police say.

TMZ broke the story.

The robbery happened in Los Angeles when two men approached Robinson and leveled two guns at him. The robbers “demanded he handed over his valuables — which included a pricey watch,” TMZ noted in the report.

Police said the robbers made off with close to $100,000 in Robinson’s valuables.

TMZ sources said the 29-year-old Robinson cooperated with the robbery before the thieves “took off.” Robinson is said to be “doing OK despite the circumstances.”

Cops told TMZ that they have “launched an investigation into the matter” despite no arrests having yet been made.

Robinson began his football career at Peach County High School in Fort Valley, Georgia. He played collegiately for the Florida Gators before the Kansas City Chiefs selected him with the 126th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

Robinson helped Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs win Super Bowl LIV in 2020. He joined the Raiders in March 2022 but never played a game with them after the franchise released him with in August of that same year.

Robinson played last season with the Baltimore Ravens. He posted a career-high nine receptions for 128 yards in a 13-3 victory over the Carolina Panthers in a 13-3 victory during Week 11 action.

Robinson signed with the Rams in 2023.
