Legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady is retired from the NFL and moving into his new career as a broadcaster with Fox as well as his role as a part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders franchise, whenever that deal is finally approved by the other owners. But it sounds like Davante Adams wants him to come out of retirement.
During a recent appearance on the Club Shay Shay podcast with Shannon Sharpe, Davante Adams was asked whether or not he would like Tom Brady to come out of retirement to play for the Las Vegas Raiders. Adams had a pretty clear response.
“Look, Tom, know how I feel about him, man,” Adams said on the podcast according to Sam Neumann of Awful Announcing. “And the other part is I think I’d be the first person that played with Tom and Aaron (Rodgers), so that would be pretty cool. I mean, he’s getting older, but he got to still be able to throw it better than half these dudes in the league.”
Brady is preparing for his first season as an analyst for Fox Sports and is not expected to come out of retirement, but it sure sounds like Adams would like to catch passes from Brady.
