The saga of Chad Johnson Ochocinco Johnson’s personal life has gone from mildly amusing to downright sad in a pretty short period of time. Now, the former Bengals, Patriots and Dolphins wide receiver will be spending some time in prison.
After violating his probation stemming from the domestic violence arrest involving his then-wife, Evelyn Lozada, the 35-year old Johnson was about to be given a plea deal that called for no jail time. Then, in typical #85 style, everything fell apart.
As proceedings were about to wrap up, the judge asked Johnson if he was satisfied with the results that his lawyer had garnered. Johnson then proceeded to give his male lawyer a playful slap on the butt as if to say “great job” and smiled, something the judge took exception to.
According to the judge, Johnson wasn’t taking things seriously enough and the plea deal was pulled. The slap landed Johnson 30 days in jail and an extra three months of probation.
Johnson may want to reconsider his ass-slapping decisions, especially in prison.
