Army Chief Warrant Officer Eric Spoerle surprised his three sons before today’s matchup between the Texans and Colts.
The Spoerle boys were called onto the filed to receive some special Christmas gifts from the Houston Texans organization. They received jerseys emblazoned with the names of superstars Arian Foster and Andrew Johnson, but little did they know that the biggest gift of all was yet to come.
A large box sat nearby and, when it was opened, their father was revealed. Fresh from a tour in Afghanistan, he immediately embraced his brood.
With all the sadness we’ve been feeling these last few days, it’s good to shed some tears of happiness. You can watch the video here.
