This play is incredible, and at the same time will be the subject of some controversy. The Cardinals’ Greg Toler recovered a fumble in tremendous fashion and the video is the only thing that can do it justice. Toler went after a fumble which was well out of bounds and managed to grab it in mid-air and lateral it back into the field of play where Rashad Johnson safely recovered it. The play was extremely athletic and one of the best we have seen in a while from a defensive player. Mike Smith threw a challenge flag as he thought Toler’s foot was out of bounds, but it was ruled that the play could not be reviewed because the challenge flag was thrown before replay official initiated a review.
