Basketball sometimes sees serious contact but those instances are few and far between. UMass guard Trey Davis was the victim of one of those rare instances on Thursday night when he got blasted on a screen.
In the closing seconds of the Minutemen’s huge home victory over Dayton, Davis was running after Fylers’ guard Scoochie Smith and did not have his head on a swivel. He proceeded to get absolutely obliterated by a screen, producing one of the most massive hits you’ll ever see in the game of basketball.
