UCLA head coach Jim Mora was giving his Monday morning press conference when it was unexpectedly cut short after Mora got fed up with a news a television “technician” who answered a phone call while Mora was speaking. To add a little context to why he got up and walked out, the a television “technician” interrupted Mora when he was speaking about the very recent and tragic death of UCLA’s walk-on wide receiver Nick Pasquale. Nick Pasquale was hit by a car and killed while walking in San Clemente early Sunday morning. The very poor timing by the reporter led to Mora going off on him and storming out of the presser.
For those asking, I don't know the guy's name who interrupted Mora. It was a TV camera person, I believe.

To Mora's credit, 20 minutes after leaving, he met w the regular beat writers on the field to speak w/ us about Pasquale. A very class move.

@jasonrmcintyre It was definitely a camera person/technician. Guy gestured Mora to "go on" w statement after Mora yelled at him. Ridiculous.
