The first half of the Liberty Bowl on Saturday ended in scary fashion.

Arkansas receiver Dominique Reed appeared to suffer a neck injury after a huge hit by a Kansas State defender. Reed was forced to leave the game on a stretcher as his teammates stood by his side.
