Vince Carter got tossed from last night’s Mavericks-Thunder game after delivering an elbow to the face of Oklahoma City rookie Steven Adams in the third quarter. Adams appeared to commit an offensive foul when he elbowed Carter in the low post, but the officials never blew the whistle. The play continued on and Carter decided to take justice into his own hands and deliver a retaliation blow to Adams’ face, and this time the officials spotted it.
After a review, Carter was given the heave with a Flagrant 2.
