Harry the Hawk is the Atlanta Hawks mascot, and was doing his mascot thing during the Hawks and Celtics Playoff game on Tuesday night.During the third quarter the mascot thought it would be a good idea to walk on a railing, instead of going the usual route and asking nicely for fans to stand up out of their seats. The shortcut however did not pay dividends, and it caused a great deal of pain for Harry the Hawk.
As you can see from the above video from Reddit (and the below second video from Rembert Browne), the mascot ended up losing his balance and landing on his private parts. Unlike most mascot antics, this one was no joke and it caused the mascot to sit out until the fourth quarter. Luckily, there seems to be no long-term damage, but that is no fun for anyone.
