Stephaun Branch wasn’t getting the ball, so he did what he does best, shoot – even without the rock.
The 22-year-old guard, who spent last season with the Lakers South Bay G-League affiliate, was playing during garbage time against the Chicago Bulls in Summer League action. Branch spotted up for a three-pointer, but his teammate inside the post decided to pull up despite being double-teamed (it’s the Summer League).
So, Branch made the best of the situation and threw up a fake shot.

Branch displayed great shooting form from beyond the arc. A+ for effort.
I’m sure if Branch was actually shooting, he would have swished the three-point shot. He knows you got to always stay ready. At the very least, Branch is having fun – which is great to see during the Uber competitive Summer League.
