Stacey King, a former Chicago Bull, was calling the Bulls game last night and was as excited as the folks in the United Center when beloved Brian Scalabrine got to play in the last minute of a blow out. Scalabrine’s hustle paid off, as it always does, and he was able to drop a nice fade-away with just over 15 seconds left in the game. King followed it up with quite the emphatic call and labeled Scalabrine “The White Mamba.” The current Comcast SportsNet Chicago commentator has called Scalabrine ‘White Mamba’ many times in the past, but as of late his chances to do have been hampered by lack of playing time for the big fella.
