Roy Hibbert of the Indiana Pacers is a very big fella, and one you would not expect to be engaging in Jiu-Jitsu. However, after watching footage of Roy practicing the sport, you would be surprised at how agile he looks. Apparently Dana White was the one to recommend the famous Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy, and we shall see next year if it pays off.
