The Miami Heat hated the Boston Celtics. The heart of the Boston Celtics are now on the Brooklyn Nets. The hate is now transferred to the Brooklyn Nets. The jabbing between LeBron and the former Celtics took a physical route in last night’s preseason game. In the first quarter Paul Pierce sent a message to LeBron James and the Miami Heat that these are not your grandfather’s pathetic Nets. As LeBron was in the open court Pierce squared up and laid a hard check on the superstar. Definitely not leisurely defensive play we expect from NBA preseason games. The Nets thumped the Heat by a score of 86-62, but it is certain that this will be a heated rivalry all year.
